Adjusting

I recently wrote about Chance new schedule. We're on shift number two (night shift) and it's hitting pretty hard.

B is having a hard time adjusting. He cries for Dada when Chance is leaving and it's really sad. Putting him to bed alone and falling asleep alone has been a really sucky task as well. I hate not sharing a bed with Chance. Chance gets home around 7AM and comes straight to bed. Some mornings B doesn't notice him and will come straight down stairs and other mornings its a fight to get him out of the room. Roscoe is taking it hard too. He comes uo stairs to check on Chance at least three times every morning and that makes B want Dada even more.

Evening shift wasn't horrible but I hated not sharing dinner time with Chance. That and going to bed alone was a bummer. Day shift hasn't hit yet but weret assuming it will be exactly like his old work weeks. The work days suck but Chance is fortunate enough to have 96 hours off between each five day work week. It gives us time to get things donrr and allows us to enjoy attractions without the crowds.

On another note, we got neighbors. Our last neighbors were pretty horrid. They were extremely loud and yelled at each other all the time. Our new neighbord have been ok. They have a little boy who looks to be around one. He cries a TON. They also have an evil dog. He was outside this morning when I let the joys out and he literally tried to eat Roscoe through the fence. That makes me worry about B being outside with him. B had yet to make it out the door but I scooped Roscoe up and B was in tears. He was really worried about 'co co'.

We put an offer in on a house nearly a month ago.  At this moment our HUD is finally getting sent to the bank for approval and we hope to hear back soon. We're excited to move to an area more our pace.

These past few weeks have been full of adjustments and I can't wait to have a small break.
