Cheers to the freakin' weekend;

I'd love to admit my weekend was GRAND!


The hubby's friend finally came home from deployment Friday so Saturday we met with old friends from c-school and had a little chipotle! I looooove eating Spanish inspired food! It was nice to see the hubby's friends and have a little outing.

After making it home from our luncheon, we took little Roscoe to the beach. He was thrilled! We didn't get to walk far because so many people were managing to stop us and see our little fur ball. Thankfully we got a nice walk in... I needed the exercise!

We also managed to make it to an eighties cover band concert. We didn't buy tickets before hand and us and a few friends did a no no and cut in line. We ended up being the last two tickets and we felt amazingly lucky for that! I must say to be a band to cover so many other bands the legwarmers were awesome! It was a blast.

I guess you can say the rest of the weekend was slooooow. We chilled at home with the pup and finished our taxes (thank lord).

I am so thankful to have weekends with the hubs. The weeks are so looooong and full of work that it's nice to have our time off.

I hope everyone else's weekend was enjoyable as well.
