We ended up choosing Red Tails. I really did enjoy this movie even if many girls think it is geared towards guys. I for one am obsessed with history and WWII and this had plenty of both. It has a terrific story line as to how the Negros began the war and how they struggled to pull ahead and fight for their country. The story line was very easy to follow and with all the shooting and action it holds a man attentions while throwing a love story in there for the ladies. over-all i give this story 4.5 out of 5 stars. I wasn't fond of the ended but the rest was a hit with me.
Last night Chance surpised me with renting Real Steel. I wasn't to happy that he had went out and rented a guys movie but I was open to the option. Thankfully I was because I thought this movie was a hit. At times it left me wanting to tear up with the story of a man who hadn't seen his child since he was born 11 years earlier. The main plot of the story was to give a fighting chance to a little boy who had never known his father. In the end their robot ended up becoming the "People's Choice" and nearly beating the world champion despite the fact that it was a surprising amount smaller. This movie gives a very good moral story and i would give it 4 out of 5 stars.
