Two words: Sea Bands.
These little bracelets are amazing! They use acupuncture to stop the feeling. When I say acupuncture I don't mean it sticks into like a needle, there's this little plastic ball the pushes into your skin. I must admit I don't leave the house without mine. While I was pregnant I wore mine more often than not. I got mine for $5 at Walmart but apparently they have jumped in price and are now somewhere around $9. They come 2 to a pack and are definitely worth the money. I highly recommended these and hope that some of you will take this safe alternative before adding drugs to your pregnant body.
