Graduating already! & Christmas;

So Mr.Copeland's present came in the mail today! Well 2/3 of it anyways :) I'm soooo glad because I finally got to actually see it and wrap it! How exciting!

On this note I want to say how much I really want to adopt a child off the angel tree :/ I wish I had enough money to do so but this year it just isn't happening. I'm 100% sure next year I WILL give a less fortunate child a wonderful Christmas.

I bought my cap and gown today! Yeah that's right already a graduate. December 17 I'll have to AA in my hand :) Mr.Copeland has even made it a point to make it home on time to see me receive it. That makes me so happy. It's nice to know that my highschool tassel said 2010 and my college one says 2011 instead of 2012. What a great accomplishment :) I'm very very happy to have gotten the chance to finish up college so quick. I'm ready to get out in the world and get it over with!!!

Still upset about my little car :( and totally not excited to go to class at 7:10 in the AM. Also gotta start on my stocking shopping. I'm so lame!!!

Roughin it;

That's exactly what I did today. After school I headed out to do my and Mr.Copeland's Christmas shopping.

I drove an hour to get moms curio cabinet and it was HUGE. Took about an hour to get it in my SUV and it was a freaking headache. On the bright side we got it 30% off and it's home!!!! I also found a gorgeous fenton shoe which my mother is obsessed with. This one was a little pricey but so worth it. Makes for a good day.

I then headed to get the sewing machine for my in law. It was also on sale. 20% Off!!! Yay for us saving money. After trashing my car for the curio I had to put the heaviest seeing machine in there as well!!!! It's done now thought and that's what count.

I also got a little shopping done for myself :) just some jewelry and shirts. I gave clothes away only to purchase more!

Even better news came when I was getting off work. Mr.Copeland did his whole "we need to talk" thing and scared me once again but all he wanted was to ask if I was cool with going to NYC the day after thanksgiving!!! That is the one city I have wanted to see since I was little. I am so excited to get the chance to go there :)

This month is going to be super grand.

Getting it out of the way/thankful;

So today has been quite productive :)

I didn't go to lit class because it is unimportant to me!!!

Mr.Copeland and myself have been looking for his mommy and my mommy Christmas presents. I had already found the perfect one for mom but my future in laws was a bit difficult. I know she likes antiques and Mr.Copeland always says he isn't a good present buyer. This left me with no other place to start but Craigslist, I found a few things I enjoyed but they all ended up sold. I finally got a call back from a couple with a vintage washboard they were selling. Listed for $80 the lady said she could go with $70. I was ecstatic and texted Mr.Copeland about it right away. After explaining my over joy to my mom she said I needed to visit a local antique store before making any purchases.

Soooooo I took that advice and went to the copper possum. I had never been and I LOVE it. I found some of the coolest finds there and wish I had the money to buy them all right now!!! I found washboards for $35... This made me pretty shocked that we were about to double that. I also found the coolest sewing machine that we decided to buy Debra. I'll be going back tomorrow for it. I also found a gorgeous murano bowl that I just had to get for my mom. I have an eye for old depression glass these days, got that from my parents I guess :)

Although all of this stuff happened the main highlight of my day would have to be my man. He has been overly amazing lately. We decided to split the presents cost in half so we could say we actually bought presents for everyone. I know being super happy about that is dumb but I'm so glad I have someone to finally do that with. I'm really glad that he cares so much and would literally give anything for me. He is the best thing that's ever been mine. I'm thankful beyond belief for my man... Can't wait to marry that boy ;)

Anger issues much;

Let me begin by saying that I truly HATE when people butt into my business and think they can tell me what to do and when I will be doing it. I'm 19 almost 20, I don't care who you are you won't be controlling me.

Let's just say a certain mean ole' woman decided this morning to text me very rude messages about how I was doing things wrong and how it was everyone's fault. This of course upset me and after a bit of bickering I got quite angry and decided to bust my mirror. Yeah dumb idea I know but it was there and I was pretty pissed. This is the second broken mirror in 3 months!!! Although the first one was a complete accident! Hello to the next 14 years of bad luck I suppose!!!

The moral of all of this is leave me alone. You can't make my choices anymore. I'm old enough to do it alone and if I need or want you involved I will involve you.

Yeah, today isn't the greatest but on the bright side I've decided on mine and Mr.Copeland's Christmas presents to almost everyone! Now to buy them. Ugh saving money in the winter is near impossible!!!
