1+1=2

It's been a while since I've taken time out to write. Being a mommy of two is really no joke. It's two loads of laundry a day, added dishes, an angry toddler and a fussy baby in my arms. I wouldn't change a thing though.

The love these boys already have for each other warms my heart. B kisses RyJo a million times a day and brings him just as many toys. He checks on him when he cries and talks to him every chance he gets. He has this need to touch Ryker. He always wants to be holding hands or in his face. As annoying as it may be, it also makes me smile. I love seeing B caring for his little brother.

Mentioning my sweet B, he's two!!! Who knew babies turned into toddlers so fast!? He is such a delight. We spent his birthday home in FL and learned a lot about who our son really is. We've changed up our discipline methods (more on this later) and we're trying to encourage him more. He is a tough cookie and challenges me every day but I need that challenge.

And then there's our big two month old! I don't lie when I say big; He is a hefty 14lbs! My arms ache after carrying him so he gets wrapped more often then not. He's just now sleeping 5 hours straight at night but still needs to eat every 2 hours during the day. He smiles, coos, and swats at his toys. He is truly precious.

God has truly blessed us with these two. They're a handful and have presented us with a huge learning curve but I like to think we've combated it well.

Slacking;

I know I know I've been quite the slacker these past few days. Sorry about that life has gotten out of hand.

Well yesterday morning I split coffee all over my console (thank god it didn't get on the carpet or seats!) and it's just pooled so mommy cleaned out my car for me. How do I repay her? By backing into her car with my tow hitch. She went haywire until Mr.Copeland told her to get an estimate and that we would pay her back ASAP. I love that he helps take responsibility for my accidents like they're ours<3 to cute.

Works been a wee bit hectic :( all my babies are coming down with RSV or just leaving with high fevers. It's so miserable.

Took my first final today. Kayla and I prepared for it by eating at waffle house and getting some Starbucks :) we are winners.

The USS Mahan sent Mr.Copeland to get his audio done today (ear check), well thank god they did because now he has asymmetrical hearing loss. He's losing hearing in one ear and the other one is having to do double work. Oddly enough he has the same exact problems with his eyes. He's an old man and he's not even 23!!!! What will I ever do! Lol

He's also a sleepy grump head.

Oh the joys;

Of having a LAZY boyfriend.

We've been lounging around since 8:30 this morning. He has literally just out his clothes on and is now laying here and watching star wars. I'm blessed with a dork.

This past week has been productive. We've spent time looking for homes and yesterday we narrowed it down to two. A townhome in an apartment area and a cute little condo. The condo was smaller but it had things that I like. I really hope we pick a place and get everything settled out soon!!!

We also had some pizza and ranch for lunch. That was anything grand but the fact that I refused to share the last bit of ranch because I couldn't get any on my pizza... Well he took this over board and pretended to yell at me for at least an hour about how I wouldn't share the ranch. Anything I'd ask ion he'd retort with how I didn't share my ranch and how I'm a stuck up snobby princess. Dear lord. I ended up having totals the whiney baby to cold stone to get ice cream so he'd forgive me. Wow.

I love the dumb things.
