Frustration;

After several attempts at a header and new background I believe I am giving up. It has giving me a horrid headache and it refuses to cooperate no matter what I do.

In other news I had a surprise test today! Iim pretty sure I did awesome though :) oh this brings me to the conclusion that I hate people who cheat! Like use your own brain!

And as of tomorrow I believe I'm going to start a picture a day for a year... It'll give my blog a purpose and give me something to look back on for memories later in life. Got this idea from pintrest. I am currently obsessed with it!

What a weekend;

This weekend has been off the chain for lack of a better statement.

Stabin' cabin was a bit unimpressive just like every other time. For a few hours I had a blast! Got to see my old Baker friends and even met some new ones. Unfortunately some shit happened and caused problems with the perfect Halloween party. Thank god Mr.Copeland was there for me as soon as I called... That boy is my hero. Some idiot punched my cousin in laws truck windshield because of everything... Like REALLY!? Why would u even do that.

Last night we did the family thing. Food, hay ride and a ton of candy. It was fun but really this year was slightly different. Nothing as fun as it normally is for me. I mean this is my favorite holiday... It's suppose to be the best!!

Needless to say I had a pretty interesting weekend with a ton of drama (I'm in college cut that shit out already!)

The girls;

At times I sit back and think about my summer and how I did nothing but work and school... Yeah it was a drag but who really had time to do anything especially when there was no one to do anything with. This post is mainly about my friends... I'm so glad to have finally came upon a group of people I could fully trust. I've made so many memories with the girls in the past few months... We've caused so much trouble and had tons of lounging days with coffee and tv. I'm so appreciative of them and all they have done. They accept me for who I am and even took Mr. Copeland in and treated him like they knew him forever. They are literally the best people a girl could have as friends.

Planning away;

Oh yes once again the planning for a new home begins... I said home... I meant apartment.

I've been trying to get inspired and I realllllly need help. I'm a girly do of course I focus on the most girly things that I can... Mr.Copeland on the other hand doesn't want girly with is completely understandable. He's a man with "manly" friends, can't have girly furniture and decor (even though that is all it is)

I've had this wool blanket forever and it just lays in my floor with my dog sleeping on it. I've decided to use this as inspiration for the living room. I like the brown and blues and I'm sure furniture in those colors and accents won't be hard to find :)

One word: BAYFEST!!


So yeah it was literally something else. Friday night was a girls night... We left so late but we did get to see ludacris! Had a great time dancing and even ended up with a condom on a lanyard.

Saturday was quite grand. I left the girls as soon as we got back from BAYFEST on Friday to go home and wait for Mr.Copeland to arrive.
Super glad he decided to come home and visit :) we took a little nap and started our day. I loooove to take road trips with Mr.Copeland :) we are such dorks. We ended up getting my wonderful iPad two! :) BAYFEST for us wasn't the best but I had a blast! We met the besties and ended up missing every concert of the night. By the time we got to the car we realized JoseyPhine had lot the keys to the car. That made life hectic but after a while we caught a cab and headed back to the hotel. Sunday I ended up going back to BAYFEST with my family and finally got to see a full concert! We caught the end of JT Hodges, the fully concert of Eric Church and Toby Keith!


All and all it was a great weekend!

Had a great time with my friends, a perfect messy night with my sailor, and a wonderful time with my family<3

Busybusybusy;

I remember in highschool when I'd fiddle around and forget all about everything that has anything to do with my classes....

In college that's a tad bit different all because of one thing...

Homework. Dreadful homework.

I have this horrible problem of procrastinating on everything I do. Needless to say I have done the same exact thing this week. This morning I currently find myself cramming an essay, a computer research final, bio homework, lab homework, and Chem worksheets all into my morning lectures. I always procrastinate and this term has been no different.

Maybe it's because I work better under pressure? Maybe it's just because I'm to lazy to spend my weekends buried in books even if I have no plans.

So with all this I must say: fall 2011 term please be over already!!!

Trip of surprises;

My past trip to Norfolk was quite literally something else.

Of course for Mr.Copeland and I it was full of the love we have for each other. Makes each trip special.

Wasn't exactly the picture perfect weekend I had hoped for though. It rained all weekend. We literally went out mainly for food!!! Such hermits I know!!! We did manage to get ice cream and take a hike on the beach sidewalk. Virginia beach is totally different from our gorgeous sandy beaches in Florida. I must admit that it is a nice scene change. My trip was quit literally amazing until Monday.

We woke up early Monday morning to rush Mr.Copeland to work. This is something I've became quite use to. I managed to make my way around the base until I was safely back in our little barracks room. Begin the sweetest girl in the world I went to work cleaning his whole room until I got an unexpected phone call. The USS Mahan had decided it was time for a surprise underway. As a Navy GF this is one of the very last things you want to hear. After packing half of Mr.Copeland's things and forgetting a good bit I dragged my teary self back to the jeepjeep and found the pier. Saying a fast goodbye was the hardest. Thinking of the words to say that fast always leaves me broken hearted. Needless to say I spent the day in the barracks room all alone and drove by the pier numerous times only to find Mr.Copeland still standing on the front of his ship. The ended up never going underway but having to stay the night on the ship leaving me to take my very first cab ride.

This was one of the most rockiest trips to Norfolk I've ever had... I did however get my love back.
